Lewis Reed’s flexible seating positions offer practical solutions for wheelchair users. The Viano has luxurious seats, a light and airy feel and plenty of freedom of movement. The adaptable floor mounted rail system is quick and easy to use giving extra choice as to where you would like to sit. These luxury seats can be easily rearranged to allow them to face each other, allowing conversation and interaction between passengers. Plus, they can be folded into a space-saving package position, allowing easy access to aid the wheelchair user whilst in the vehicle. This adaptable interior grants maximum freedom of movement plus offers a tremendous amount of space in the rear to easily accommodate passengers and any other equipment you may need for your trip. With room for up to 7 seats including up to 2 wheelchair positions, the new Mercedes-Benz Viano is the most versatile vehicle on the road.

Outstanding Comfort And Excellent Practicality

Travelling in the new Viano is a truly relaxing experience. However, style and comfort never come at the expense of practicality in this vehicle: compact dimensions plus a clear view out of the windows allow an excellent eyeline for the wheelchair user and makes it easy for the driver to park and manoeuvre.

The Viano comes with a choice of three advanced CDI diesel engines, manual and automatic transmissions, 3 different wheelbases and two superb spec trims: the Trend and the Ambiente. Both have luxurious seats and a superb range of details to the cabin’s feel such as a multi function steering wheel and over head control panel. Ambient interior lighting and extensive soft carpeting as well as a multitude of options such as tilting/sliding glass sunroof in the front or a panoramic glass sunroof for those travelling in the rear, are also available to further enhance your experience. Externally this beautifully crafted vehicle comes with alloy wheels, colour coded bumpers, mirrors, door handles and the choice of 13 different paint colours.

Easy Access

Access to this magnificent vehicle is safe, simple and stress free. Externally, it has a large rear tailgate, two wide side sliding doors and a choice of either an easy to use rear or side lift, or if you prefer, a lightweight portaramp is also available. Lewis Reed have increased the entrance height, plus created a recess inside the rear for extra head room. All with the aim of creating a better experience both entering and travelling for the wheelchair user.
